Adult Coaching
JSTA offer tennis coaching in various locations acrosss Ireland throughout the year. You can book places either online or call Jamie on 087 278 8985 or email info@jsta.ie.
We also offer one to one coaching lessons from €60 per hour.

Brief description of courses:
Beginner Level Course:
How to hit Forehand, Backhand, Serve, Volley, Smash, How to Rally, Rules of the game, Co-ordination & Ball skills.
Intermediate Level Course:
How to play Spin on all strokes, Intermediate level match tactics, physical exercises related to tennis and how to play a match.
Advanced Level Course:
Technical Tactical, Physical & Psychological skills relating to tennis, Singles & Doubles Tactics.
